By joining Move Club, you agree to the terms outlined below as well as Reaction’s general Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and Definitions

This policy supplements the Reaction Club Privacy Policy and outlines specific practices relevant to Move Club participants, including the collection and use of health and activity data used for reward tracking and wellness engagement.

2. What Information We Collect

As part of your participation in Move Club, we may collect the following:

2.1 Personal Data

Name, email, organization name
Account and group participation info
Reward activity and progress

2.2 Health & Fitness Data (via Reaction Club integrations)

Step counts, walking/running distance, and activity level
Sourced through Apple Health, Google Fit, or Health Connect, if connected
Data is collected only with your explicit consent during account setup

3. Use of Data

Data collected from Move Club participation is used for:

Tracking progress and rewarding participation
Personalizing your wellness experience
Supporting team leader insights (if you are part of a company challenge)
Analyzing engagement and improving wellness features

We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Sharing of Data

Your personal and activity data may be shared only:

With your employer or team leader (aggregated or pseudonymized)
With trusted service providers (e.g., analytics, cloud infrastructure)
As required by law or legal obligation

You remain in full control over what health data is shared and may revoke consent at any time through the Reaction Club app settings.

5. Data Retention

Your Move Club data is stored securely and retained only:

As long as your Reaction Club account remains active
As required by legal or operational obligations
For analytics and program performance tracking (in anonymized form)

Withdraw health tracking permissions at any time
